What cleaning system do you use?
I use the Water Injection/Extraction method of carpet cleaning. After applying chemicals which are agitated, water under pressure is forced into your carpet and then extracted using powerful vacuums. This extracts the chemicals and soiling into a holding tank.

Yes but not all stains will come out of all fabrics if you do spill anything please try to only use water and damp cloth on it as other products can make it worse

How long will it take?
This depends on the extent of soiling, how much furniture needs to be moved and set up time. But as a guideline, a normal sized lounge can take between one to one and a half hours.
Will I need to clear the room(s)?
It would help greatly if you could move all light items and furniture before arrival. You do not need to move heavy items.
How soon can I walk on the carpet?
New technology means a much greater proportion of the water used is removed during the cleaning process. In favourable conditions your carpet/upholstery will be touch dry in 1-2 hours.

Is VAT included?
At the moment S&H does not charge VAT.

Yes. S&H in fully insured.
